A joint venture between Sega and D3 Publisher ("3D-Ages" is "Sega-D3" backwards) formed in 2003 which released the first 15 volumes of the Sega Ages 2500 lineup, many of which were developed by companies that worked on D3's own Simple series.
Dissolved in late 2004 after Sega fully took over the lineup themselves.
