I don't think they should. Navy CSI was just a show nickname. The NCIS and CSI series exist in different fictional universes, they've never had any crossovers, especially because they're produced by separate production companies (Belisarius Productions and Jerry Bruckheimer Productions, respectively.) Also... NCIS was a spinoff of JAG. And while NCIS does feature some forensic analysis stuff, it's not the main investigation tool used in the series, unlike CSI, where everything can be found via trace evidence. (P.S.
