What's this category for? All games that ever supported SGB? SGB-exclusive games (do they even exist)? Why this, but not Category:Game Boy Color games? -- Sheeza 09:31, 27 April 2012 (EDT)

My theory: This is for games that support the Super Game Boy's enhancement features (i.e. using the SNES sound chip). The Game Boy Color is more or less simply a version of the Game Boy with color, but the Super Game Boy is sort of like an extension for the SNES.--From: divingkataetheweirdo 09:36, 27 April 2012 (EDT)
Well, the Game Boy Color did also have the faster processor... (though it was still a Z80) --Nicole 12:41, 27 April 2012 (EDT)

This category is for games that were optimised for the Super Game Boy. Logo's are shown on the game's boxart and cartridge letting you know that games were Super Game Boy enhanced. Games include Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Nekketsu Beach Volleyball and many others and would features custom borders, custom palettes, sounds, soundtracks and or voice samples were given to specified games. Should this be a subcategory of Category:SNES games or Category:Game Boy games? --AttackedbyGlitch 20:32, 11 September 2012 (EDT)

Leans closer to Game Boy, though crosses the line in very rare events. That ability for Super Game Boy to load and execute native SNES games from a Game Boy cartridge saw little use outside Space Invaders. Theclaw 07:31, 12 September 2012 (EDT)
