Missing External Samples

Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Is there a version of the Microsoft Entertainment Pack that does have these files?

There's code to play the following external samples under certain conditions, but none of these files actually exist. As everything was on floppy disks back in 1992, it is likely that they were cut due to capacity constraints. If files of these names are placed in the directory the game is in, they'll be played under the appropriate circumstances.
