Revisional Differences

The 2003 revisions dropped support for the card reader, as well as real-life sponsors. Because of this, all tracks and kart classes are now accessible by default, and the player's kart now has a default livery, as opposed to just plain white in the lowest class kart when playing without a card. The trackside sponsors were also replaced with fictional sponsors.

The Cycraft (motion cabinet, which ironically was also available for Initial D Arcade Stage 3) and Prize (medal/gambler version) versions are based on the 2003 revision.
