Cosmonious High
Cosmonious High |
---|
Developer: Owlchemy Labs This game has unused graphics. |
This page or section needs more images. There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough pictures. Please fix this. |
Cosmonious High is the most complex and technical game Owlchemy Labs has created, along with breaking from prior tradition by filling the game with aliens instead of filling it with robots.
To do: LOTS of weasel words in there. Might need to fix this for grammatical reasons. |
Contents
Unused Graphics
"Cookie_kaiju"
A crudely-drawn Cosmo Comet Cookie stomping around the city. May have been an artist's joke.
Sun's Molten Core Premium Spicium Snack
A snack version of the Molten Core Premium Spicium hot sauce. The text on the left, if reversed, says:
It's Spicy as heck Will probably be banned Might get you a detention
Flan Feelings Icons
Inside each emotion's respective textures, there is an early version of their icon. Weirdly enough, they don't have any icons in-game, which makes these unused.
Vacation Simulator Backpack
A slightly recolored version of the Vacation Simulator backpack, possibly used as a placeholder during this game's development.
A somewhat re-textured version, seemingly with the ability to add pins on the backpack.
Blackboard Graphics
A chunk of the blackboard drawings are still in the files. These were used in an early prototype. One of them has a frog-like hand which was shown in the "Handy Dandy Dev" blog.
Early Screenshots
Present in resources.assets.
"Okay" Cookiemoji
The only Cookiemoji that never made in the game was an "Okay" Cookiemoji. This could have made the characters' personality changed to a normal one, which seems pretty useless since most of the characters act normal when idle.
Unused Voicelines
Voiceline files that are labelled as "CUT" means that a certain feature or change got scrapped, making the voicelines useless or unused.
Audio | Speaker | Notes |
---|---|---|
"What are you doing back there? We cannot art the hallways!" | Intercom | Spraying paint at the Intercom just makes them gargle and glitch out. |
"Hmmm, a pun... Did Fren make these pedestals?" | Gleg | Oog says this line in the final game. |
You can pick up a different backpack and some swag right there! Or, if your ready, head to the space bus. | uncertain | Placeholder intro audio, perhaps? |
Old Student Name
To do: Get the rest of these |
Scattered throughout the files are remnants of an old Prismi name, being called "Varian". Only textures and some strings remain of this name.
Banner
"Banner_WelcomeVarian". It got later changed to a purple version saying "Greetings New Kid!" Surprisingly, the texture got reused, removing the Prismi and changing the banner to say "Under New Managment".
Strings
Here are a bunch of characters still using this line. A bunch of these are weirdly cut off.
