From the minds who brought you Psychonauts, Costume Quest is a party-based RPG about twins who love Halloween. Humorously(?), there is a Steam Achievement for playing the game during Christmas.

A sequel was released in 2014.

Hmmm...
To do:
  • Document the AF prototype Debug Menu.
  • Add Costume Quest Amnesia Fortnight prototype page.
  • Unused graphics images, and audio.

Unused Audio

Voice

The file Voice.fsb (found under "steamapps/common/Costume Quest/Win/Audio/Voice") contains unused voice clips. Similar to the Amnesia Fortnight prototype voice clips, these were most likely placeholders for Wren, Reynold, interactions with NPCs, and trick-or-treating.

Normally, costume constructing happens automatically. However, if you edit an existing save file you can set an already-acquired costume's Acquired value from 1 to 0, letting the player manually construct the costume themself.
