Monastery
ar_monastery was outright removed from the Perfect World release due to the map taking place in Tibet, which could result in potential controversy. Loading the map via developer console shows that it was replaced with a copy of the ar_shoots map.
Cache
de_cache had all Soviet Union-related symbols and textures that contained skulls in them removed.

Dust 2
All Arabic text in de_dust2 was blanked out from the map.
Mirage
Just like Dust 2, all Arabic text in the map was blanked out.
Train
de_train had similar changes made to it, like Cache, with the removal of Soviet symbols, excluding the Lenin mosaic at T Spawn for whatever reason.
