Specifically: Fully document, and see if the Windows version has an accessible menu.

The GameCube version has a functional debug menu that can be activated using the following Action Replay code:

After activating the code, press D-Pad Left and then A on the main menu. You will then be taken to the debug menu, which will let you unlock all spells and skip to any level.
