Translation of documents: Treatment of names
Perhaps we should agree on the names we use when translating these documents? We know that certain names were changed later on (i.e. “Aus” became “Arceus”), but I'm not entirely sure if we should systematically replace them. There's also the issue of the three “unidentified” mons: ダーブ, サーン and ゴードン. I propose using the romanisations from Masuda's diagram (document from Aug-1-2005): アウス (Aus), イア (Ia), エア (Ea), レイ (Ry), ハイ (Hy), アイ (Ay), ダーブ (Dahabu), サーン (Saan), ゴードン (Gordon). "Not safe for life" warning
I don't want to start an argument or anything, because I know these kinds of topics can be sensitive, but does this article really need the "Not safe for life" warning? The contents of these documents are fairly standard Ainu/Indigenous-inspired parables that are supposed to impart values about the importance of respecting nature, and none of them are even really that textually explicit. Bear in mind, some of the other pages with this message include a song about real-life serial killer Tsutomu Miyazaki murdering children and a potential rape confession from a developer. I think a general "Not safe for work" warning would be more suitable without evoking weird, kind-of racist undertones by acting like simple folk stories are literally trying to promote heinous things like zoophilia.
