Early Terrain
Found in catching_minigame_palette_3cmla_2.jpg.
An earlier version of the terrain used in the Catching Game called map.jpg, appearing slightly brighter and lacking "shading shadows" for the tree and props.

Earlier Treasure Dive Graphics
Found in diving_minigame_palette_3cmla_1.jpg, diving_minigame_palette_4amla_1.jpg and diving_minigame_palette_4amla_2.jpg.

Scrapped Doodle Emotions
Found in pets_palette_3mcla_1 and pets_palette_4amla_1
There are five unused Doodle emotions where strangely, some of Emotions appeared in the official guide.

An unused, unfinished graphic of the scrapped Merry-Go-Round decoration for Toon Parties.
Two duplicate graphics of the Jukebox and Trampoline icons. It's unknown if a third Jukebox upgrade or a Trampoline upgrade was planned.

neighborhood_common
Goofy Playground Icon
Found within neighborhood_common_palette_4amla_2.
A sign of Goofy in the same vein as the Playgrounds called goofySZ.jpg, suggesting that the Goofy Stadium Playground was going to be included in the base game. It looks different from the other used signs, being in the same one-tone palette style as the others in the sv1.0.5 build.
The completely-redesigned Goofy Speedway tunnel doesn't use this icon either.
Generic Construction Sign
Found within neighborhood_common_palette_4amla_2.
A graphic called cogHQ_sign.rgba for a blank signpost in the same vein as the Cog Headquarters signs except without text and in a slightly different color. They were used before Oak Street, Pajama Place and Polar Place was released thus it fell into disuse.

A texture for a generic fish that originally jumped out of a pond in Toontown Central before being removed in the Fishing update.

An earlier version of the terrain texture originally used for the old Toontown Central playground, in fact it's a very old leftover since not even the sv1.0.5 build uses it!

battle_props_palette
Law Book Textures
An unused Law book texture that is sort-of hard to make out, saying "Law" in red text. It was likely intended for the scrapped Throw Book attack, but the texture would oddly be removed in later updates. The book model is still used in the final game repurposed as evidence during the Chief Justice battle, but this texture was never added back with it.
fireworks_palette
There are textures depicting a skull found in the textures for the fireworks as fireworks_palette_2tmla_2_a.rgb and fireworks_palette_2tmla_2.jpg. For clarity, both the normal and alpha versions are upload.
Ungrouped Graphics
Early Toontown Central Terrain
An earlier version of the terrain used in the current Toontown Central playground called siteplan.jpg. There are shadows for the areas leading to the Clothing Shop and Schoolhouse, which shows that there were originally going to be stairs.
sidewalk.jpg
A peculiar texture called sidewalk.jpg, in white and lacking any shading in the same vein as the recolorable clothing and furniture. Used sidewalk graphics are already in pre-set colors.
fishing crank.jpg
This texture comes from a very early version of fishing. When fishing got revamped, this texture was left unused.
