Doodle Champion Island Games is by far the most comprehensive of all of the doodles. The player roams around an island competing in various sports against mythological figures, in a quest to collect special scrolls. There's also a number of sidequests too. The game's music is composed by Qumu, a musician that makes remixes of various video games.

The game officially has seven revisions, with the last being the most notable for being pushed out at the opening of the Paralympics. This version includes:

  • Golden portraits shown at the trophy stands, when the player beats an event
  • Adjusted scoring for Rugby - capping the max score at 1,000 points.
  • Harder difficulties for Archery and Rugby
  • Two additional sidequests
  • A proper ending
