Hmmm...
To do:
Debug zoom feature? Found this by accident and couldn't reproduce the key combo again.

F-1 Grand Prix Part III is the only Video System overhead F1 game without an arcade release.

The inclusion of Ayrton Senna (alongside Nelson Piquet) as a secret character during a period where most Formula One games couldn't feature him (except for one stealth attempt) makes this the last game to feature him as an active driver prior to his death.

To do:
Investigate further, some screens may use "Original 1" or variations of it.

Using the Original option in the mode select, you can create your own custom team. However, there seems to have been plans to allow for the creation of a second custom team, as well as loading your custom Story Mode team to be used in Free Run mode. It should be noted that when playing Story Mode, memory-wise, the game temporarily replaces your custom Free Run team with the currently-loaded Story Mode custom team data.

The following two strings appear to have been for internal use, with org1 being used for the sole custom team slot.

There is also a prompt to select which team slot you want to create/edit when selecting the Original menu, located at 0x110A4B:

どちらのオリジナルチームを作成しますか?

Original-2

The Japanese text in question translates to "Which original team would you like to create?".

The menu/pit car sprite used for Type E car for custom teams (which is effectively the 1991 Tyrrell 020) has an earlier, slightly different Satoru Nakajima helmet sprite built inside it. Nakajima himself does appear in the game, as one of the sixteen regular free agent drivers the player can swap in any of the default drivers with.
