The SNES Family Feud is a faithful adaptation of the game show as it was in 1993 (close to the end of Ray Combs' run as host), making it one of the few versions (along with the Genesis, 3DO, and Windows releases) to use the Bullseye round.

Hmmm...
To do:
Add animated mockup of how the title screen would look with the "NEW" graphic.

Unused Graphics

Family Feud is NEW NEW NEW!

Following the graphics for the logo's revolving oval in ROM at 0x0134E0 are tiles for sparkly text reading "NEW". The TV show's nighttime version had been renamed to The New Family Feud in September 1992 (reflecting the addition of the Bullseye round and the increased top prize of $20,000) and used a sparkly "NEW" graphic much like this one, so its presence here makes sense. Unlike on the TV show, this graphic is not animated.

It's not clear why this is unused, given that both the name change and the "NEW" graphic would remain through Combs' last episode in May 1994. No "NEW" graphic is used in the Genesis, 3DO, or Windows versions, either.
