Far Cry 5 is an open-world first-person shooter that takes place in Hope County, Montana, where a doomsday cult has taken over the entire region. You control an unnamed deputy whose mission is to arrest the cult's leader, Joseph Seed.

Unused Weapons

To do: Maybe add in-game screenshots of the player holding the weapons?

This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: It's possible the Vietnam weapons are from the DLC "Hours of Darkness" and are therefore, NOT Cut Content, but this needs to be investigated.

Unreleased BP-2

An unreleased version of the BP-2 Rifle, decorated with an American Flag skin. It functions identically to the BP-2 Rifle, except it has no attachments.

Unreleased 1887

An unreleased version of the 1887 Shotgun, with the barrel and stock noticeably shorter. It functions identically to the 1887 Shotgun, except it has no attachments.

Unreleased Baseball Bat

An unreleased version of the Baseball Bat, decorated with an American Flag skin. It functions identically to the normal Baseball Bat.

Sledgehammer

A scrapped Sledgehammer melee weapon. It uses stock melee animations and has no stats.

Pitchfork

A scrapped Pitchfork melee weapon. It uses stock melee animations and has no stats.

Skorpion Vietnam

A Vietnam Skorpion with a preinstalled suppressor. It functions the same as the normal Skorpion, but other than the suppressor, it has no attachments.

Unreleased .44 Magnums

Three unreleased .44 Magnums: one with a different barrel, one with a longer barrel and a muzzle brake, and one with a very long barrel. All three function identically to the normal .44 Magnum and have no attachments.

Unreleased D50

An unreleased version of the D50, featuring a custom skin. It functions identically to the normal D50 and has no attachments.

1911 Vietnam

Two Vietnam 1911 pistols: one with a silencer and one without it. Both work identically to the normal 1911, and aside from the silencer, neither of them have attachments.

M133 Vietnam

A Vietnam M133 Shotgun with a longer barrel. It functions identically to the normal M133 and has no attachments.

MP40 Vietnam Silencer

A Vietnam MP40 preinstalled with a silencer. It functions identically to the normal MP40, and aside from the silencer it has no attachments.

Unreleased 45/70

An unreleased version of the 45/70 rifle with a much shorter barrel. It functions identically to the normal 45/70 rifle and has no attachments.

Unreleased 45/70-T

An unreleased version of the 45/70-T rifle with a much longer barrel. It functions identically to the normal 45/70-T rifle and has no attachments.

"Goldenhide" AR-C as Separate Weapon

An unreleased AR-C with the "Goldenhide" skin. It's possible that early in development it was supposed to be a separate weapon instead of just a skin. It functions identically to the AR-C and has no attachments.

Unreleased MS16 Silencer

An unreleased MS16 with a preinstalled silencer. It functions identically to the normal MS16, and aside from the silencer it has no attachments.

M-16 Vietnam Silencer

A Vietnam M-16 with a preinstalled silencer. It functions identically to the normal M-16, and aside from the silencer it has no attachments.

AK-47 Vietnam

A Vietnam AK-47 with a slightly different color scheme. It functions identically to the normal AK-47 and has no attachments.

Joseph's AR-C

This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: Find out what the Stock actually reads, cause it's kinda hard to make out, even in-game

An AR-C that belongs to Joseph Seed (the main antagonist). It's possible that during development, it was meant to be given to players after beating the game or defeating Joseph Seed (just like Jacob's Rifle and Sin Eater). The gun itself supports a custom skin, with white painted all over with Eden's Gate's signature logo. The magazine has "JOHN 1:9" written on it and the stock has "IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS (HE IS CALLING AND?)" written on it. Other than the custom skin, it functions identically to the normal AR-C and has no attachments.

An unreleased version of the AK-47 with a much shorter barrel. It functions identically to the AK-47 and has no attachments.

Unreleased AK-MS

An unreleased version of the AK-M with a much shorter barrel. It functions identically to the AK-M and has no attachments.

Unreleased MBP .50 Short

An unreleased MBP .50 Sniper Rifle, with a much shorter barrel. It functions identically to the MBP .50 and has no attachments.

308 Carbine Vietnam

Two Vietnam 308 Carbines, one with a preinstalled silencer and sniper scope. Both function identically to the normal 308 Carbine and have no attachments.

Unreleased SVD Silencer

An unreleased SVD with a preinstalled silencer. It functions identically to the SVD and has no attachments.

Unreleased AR-CL Rangetest

An unreleased AR-CL with "Rangetest" at the end of it's name. This suggests it was used for testing weapon range(?). It functions identically to the AR-CL and has no attachments.

Recurve Bow Vietnam

A Vietnam Recurve Bow. It functions identically to the normal recurve bow and has no attachments.

RPG-7 Vietnam

A Vietnam RPG-7. It functions identically to the normal RPG-7 and has no attachments.
