Hmmm...
To do:
document the beta version. source

Fatal Fury lets you beat up breakdancers, masked wrestlers, drunken kickboxers, and old men in a quest to avenge some guy's death to a mobster.

Unused Music

While the following songs are not completely unused, due to the fact that these are used in cutscenes that last less than ten seconds total, you never get to hear much of them.

Kidnapping

This tune plays after you defeat Billy Kane and are celebrating your victory.

Encounter with Geese

This plays when you're dumped in front of Geese Howard before the final battle starts.

Finally, the command for Joe Higashi's "Slash Kick" attack is different in both versions. In the American/European version, do a half-circle backwards and press B. In the Japanese version, hold Down+Back for an instant then press Up+Forward + B - the same command as the Tiger Kick in the US version.

Later entries in the series, as well as crossover appearances, retained the Japanese moves.
