So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

The GameCube version of Fight Night Round 2 is best known for including Little Mac from Punch-Out!! as a playable character while also including the SNES game, more on that below.

SNESticle

Exclusive to the GameCube version of the game is a fully playable version of Super Punch-Out!!. Much lesser-known is an interesting detail about how the game is emulated.

Starting at offset 0x48F71C in the game's executable, the following strings are present:

SNESticle
NGC
VERIONCPP71
Copyright (c) 1997-2004 Icer Addis
Jan 8 2005 15:11:23

The name "SNESticle" is no coincidence - Icer "Sardu" Addis is probably best known as the author of the NESticle emulator, who later went on to work on several EA Sports titles, including this one.
