Galaga: Destination Earth was an attempted reboot of the Galaga Galaxian series. It suffers from its multiple camera angle gameplay mechanic and an inability to save your progress. The Galaga theme remix on the main menu is pretty cool, though.

The file SLUS_012.58 contains a lot of debug text and what looks to be a large part of names of APIs (classes, functions, and variables) called in the game. There also appears to be a hidden cheat menu in the game. Another point of interest is references to "GHOST PlayStation".
