As in the Game Gear version, entering certain commands at the code screen will display one of several hidden messages or enable some special effects.

Secret Game Genie Codes
All codes are entered at the previously fully erased with the B button in Code 3, then you should press A on first space of Code 1 to activate/deactivate it.
Code 1
Enter "DEAD" to make the screen shake vertically.
Code 2
Enter "ABACADABA" to make the screen shake horizontally. Both codes can be combined.
Code 3
Enter "F154" to turn the main selection cursor into a fish and back into a hand.
Code 4
Enter "FACE" to turn the GG cursor into a happy face and back into a cross.
Code 5
Enter "1984" to make the device "explode".
THIS DEVICE WILL EXPLODE IN 10 SECONDS!
