Debug Menu

A debug menu can be re-enabled by editing the MAIN.SCM file.
General
- Pressing R, Circle and Down brings up the main debug menu.
- Holding R and pressing Left or Right allows you to spawn vehicles in front of Toni. Notably some otherwise unused vehicles can be spawned this way.
- Pressing R, Triangle and Left will change Toni's outfit.
- Pressing L and Down toggles Cheat Mode on or off.
- Pressing L and Select toggles traffic on or off.
- Pressing L and Circle flashes the message "Writing coordinates to file..." on-screen.
Level Skip Menu
A menu that allows you to skip to any mission. R and L change the island (Portland, Staunton and Shoreside Vale), analog Up and Down change the character and analog Left and Right to change the mission. Pressing X will warp you next to the desired mission marker. Additionally, any missions that would normally need to be completed for the chosen mission to unlock will be marked as such but they do not add to the overall completion percentage.
Toggle Player Coordinates
Crashes the game.
Character Viewer
A character model viewer. Rather unstable and prone to crashing. Left and Right change the model and X toggles between animations (idle, walking, running and hands up).
Building Viewer
A model viewer for buildings. Left and Right to change the model and Circle to swap between exterior/interior (or destroyed variant). Holding X allows you to zoom in or out while holding Square pans the camera up and down.
Weapon Cheat
Grants max ammo for a pre-determined set of weapons, along with full health, armor and $100,000.
Player Cheat
Grants full health, armor and $100,000.
Weather and Time Changer
A menu that allows you to change the weather and time of day. Analog Up and Down change weather and analog Left and Right change the hour. Pressing Square should freeze the clock, but seems to not work here.
MoCap Menu
A cutscene viewer. Use Up, Down, Left and Right to choose a scene and press X to play it.
USJ Editor
Unique Stunt Jump editor, crashes the game.
Marketing Camera
Crashes the game.
Animation Viewer
Oddly, the text for this option isn't shown but can still be selected. Left and Right change the animation and X plays it.
