Fender Ketchup

Audio for an alternate, fully animated version of the cutscene where you first find Johnny tied to the car. Instead, the final version is a shorter cutscene using the in-game animations. It is made up of both used and unused clips from the in-game cutscene, along with some unique lines. No subtitles for this version of the cutscene exist.

Additional dialogue for CJ and Johnny Sindacco, along with dialogue for finishing the mission. Normally a Triad member silently drives the car with Johnny inside a garage. Note that the audio peaking on the seventh clip is how it was left in the game.

Don Peyote

Two additional lines for the cutscene where you first meet Paul and Maccer. The following is how they are placed in the text bank.

A set of unused dialogue with no audio remaining. The lack of any of the usual tags that most text has suggest these were very early cuts. Also included are two objectives, the latter most likely meant for the confrontation at the snake farm.

Architectural Espionage

If you don't have a camera when starting the mission, you are told to find some tourists on the strip and get one from them. There are a few tourists there, each one having their own line of dialogue when being attacked, the rest of these lines go unused.

An alternate line for Millie when she is leaving Caligula's.

This mission was going to involve the infamous "Hot Coffee" minigame. This part of the mission can be brought back by simply re-enabling the sex minigame.

Miscellaneous unused bits of text. The first one is an unused variant of the first objective, not specifying Caligula's Casino. Changing out of the gimp suit at any point won't fail the mission. As mentioned earlier, you get the keycard by dating Millie (or killing her) and gaining access to it in her house, not her car.

Dam and Blast

An alternate version of one of the lines in the opening cutscene.

A very slight variant on the used objective, without additional punctuation and capitalization.

Additional prompts for flying to the jumping point, as well as opening the parachute.

~s~You're too low, you need to gain some height to make the jump.
~s~You're too high, you need to lose some height to make the jump.

Additional objectives when at the dam, as well as text for a stealth bar. While the mission does tell you "it's all about stealth", getting noticed by the guards only makes them aggressive towards you and does not otherwise affect the mission. The mission ends when you reach the exit after planting the charges and CJ jumps off the dam in a cutscene, so the last objective goes unused.

Fish in a Barrel

Originally a mission in which you were supposed to protect Ran Fa Li from a mafia ambush. In the final release, it is a short cutscene which uses some of the original outro. Interestingly, the phone call before Breaking the Bank at Caligula's references the intro to this mission, with Woozie asking CJ if he has "gone soft on him again".

The call from Rosenberg after the "mission" was originally longer, no audio exists for the cut parts. The mention of a "Triad visit" may be referring to the events of the original Fish In the Barrel mission.

Freefall

Unused differently worded objectives.

Your going to need a fast plane to catch up with the hitmen, there is one at the airport.
~s~Get to the airport and steal the ~b~plane~s~ in the hangar.
~s~Get the plane up in the air and catch up with the ~y~hitmen~s~.
~s~Head into the ~r~corona~s~ at the back of the ~b~jet~s~.

As soon as you hit the corona behind the plane a cutscene where CJ ejects from his plane plays instead of having to do so yourself.

~s~ You have 20 seconds to manually eject from the plane before your fuel runs out.
Press ~t~ to eject.

After getting on the plane, you are only prompted to take cover.

~s~Kill all the hitmen.
~s~Kill the pilot.
Press ~A~ to duck.

Unused failure states. The first two are probably related to having to eject from the plane yourself. As for the third one, you cannot lose the plane, but fail the mission when it reaches the Las Venturas airport.

Misappropriation

An unused line for Tenpenny in the opening cutscene.

Two unused failure states. Blowing up the helicopter the guy with the dossier tries to escape will not fail the mission, as he will still drop the dossier. If you happen to blow his helicopter up above water, the dossier won't get destroyed and simply drops underwater and you can still dive and grab it.

Saint Mark's Bistro

Some interesting unused lines here, such as air control granting CJ permission to land at Francis International Airport and CJ taunting the Forellis during the shootout at the bistro. Also some baffling lines of air control screaming and CJ whispering.
