This is a sub-page of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Fingerless Gloves

Strangely enough, while these gloves for Niko were heavily featured in promotional artwork, screenshots, and trailers from either before or after release, they can never be found in-game, but can be applied with modifications.

Body Armor

GTAIV bodyarmor.png
Unused model of body armor. It is unknown whether it was supposed to be equipped on the player as soon as he picked up the armor, or whether it could be used in some scripted situations, like the backpack that the player can obtain only on some missions.

Backpack

Two unused backpack textures. These textures looks incorrect as they were intended for a different backpack model, which is still can be seen used by some pedestrians in the game.

Glasses

GTAIV Unused glasses.png
Unused glasses model with three texture variations for it. All of this remains unused and can only be obtained with modifications.

GTAIV Unused Glasses Texture-2.png
Unused texture variations for glasses that player can buy. It is unknown why the developers did not implement texture variation for accessories.

Early Design

Clothing stores features an early design of the clothes for the player to purchase. In most cases, the difference is minor, but still worth mentioning.

Removed Clothing

Grey Suit with yellow tie

In one of the pre-release screenshots, Niko is wearing a grey suit with a yellow tie. The texture for this suit can be found in the game files, but it does not fit any of the current suit models.

Blue Tracksuit

Again, in one of the pre-release screenshots, Niko can be seen wearing a blue tracksuit, which is not available for him to wear in the final version of the game. The tracksuit was not removed completely and it can be seen used by some pedestrians in the game, which even has the same texture from the screenshot.

Hotel Outfit

Nothing much left from it, only string from the .gxt file and that's pretty much it.
