Great Football은 세가의 "great" 스포츠 시리즈의 또 다른 게임이다. 나쁜 조작감 등을 고려한다면 그다지 훌륭하지 않다.
미사용 그래픽
미들필드 디자인으로 장미가 그려진 필드가 있다 (아마 Rose Bowl를 참고하지 않았을까?). 게임 내에서 다른 두가지 디자인들과 일치하지 않는 것 같다.
