Hunt Down The Freeman/Temporary Voice Files

Certain characters still have older voice files present in the game's data.

Drill Instructor

The folder "dsargent" contains older voice files for the Drill Instructor with a different actor voicing him. These files also indicate the training level would be nearly identical to the one in Half-Life: Opposing Force right down to having an obstacle course and insulting the player's poor performance. There is a total of 52 lines in the folder, much more than the Drill Instructor has in the final product.

Rebels

Same case as the Drill Instructor, but for the rebels, in the folder "rebel2". These voice files are much lower quality however, and several lines are repeated between different rebels in them. Of note is that the lines about "betraying your own kind" were in the 2016 demo for the game, but such a line is not in the final version.
