Idol Hotline: Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School is a dating sim originally conceived as being centered around a telephone gimmick; the celebrity tie-in and contest came later. The game was developed in a two-week time period.

Revisional Differences

The game has a whopping 13 different revisions, though to date only five (DV4, DV6, DV10, DV11, and DV13) have been dumped online.

Phone Numbers

Different revisions display different hotline phone numbers to call. The game stores two sets of phone numbers and randomly selects which to use.
