Revisional Differences

To do: Document other revisional changes - Mario Andretti had a different, orange livery in earlier versions/patches.

Patch 1.05, as included with later releases of the game, changed the names of fictional/stand-in drivers to make it less obvious who they are supposed to be (which is hinted in the nickname field, and except for Kevin Cogan, the first letters). One even had their nationality changed.

Curiously, while Stan Green's name (representing Stéphan Grégoire) remained the same in both revisions, the listed hometown and nickname did get changed.
