Joy Mech Fight is a rare attempt at an original fighting game by Nintendo starring a cast of Rayman-style floating-limb robots. For a Famicom game of its genre, it plays surprisingly well.

There are leftover graphics for two unfinished fighters: a bulky toy-like robot and a clown robot.

The sound test can be accessed by pressing Select + B on the title screen. The fourth option allows you to erase the save data.
