Klash Ball is an NES port of the Bitmap Brothers computer game Speedball, most likely renamed at Nintendo of America's request due to "Speedball" also being a type of drug.
Makinota Show
Hold Right on Controller 2, then press Reset. A simple sound test menu will appear. Press Select to choose a music or a sound effects to listen. Press Up / Down to select between music/sounds. Press A to listen.
It's not clear who or what "Makinota" refers to, as no such name is present in the game's credits.
Sound Tester
After "PUSH START BUTTON" appears, press Right + B on Controller 2 and A + B + Down + Start on Controller 1 simultaneously.
On Controller 1:
- Use the D-Pad to select one of the sound channel's control bits.
- Press A / B to toggle between bits 1/0. Press A / B at the same bit more times to increase/decrease the data value, starting from the selected bit.
- Press Select to choose the sound channel.
- Press Start to send control bits to the channel and listen to the resulting sound.
On Controller 2:
- Press Up, Down, or Right to view various simple endings.
- Press Left to view the final ending and credits.
- Press A to exit the Sound Tester.
