Klonoa is a remake of the PlayStation cult classic with new features, including a mirror mode, boss battle time trials, and cheesy English dubbing.

A remake of this remake is included in the Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series, which brings back the original dialogue and introduces a two player assist mode similar to Lunatea's Veil.

Logos

Klonoa calling off the logos. Interesting to note that not only does he yell the original subtitle, "Door to Phantomile", but he also refers to the company as "Namco Bandai" despite the logo reading the other way around.

Costume Changer

It appears that Grandpa was meant to return from the dead to present the bonus costumes, as opposed to Klonoa and Hewpoe stumbling upon them by themselves.

English Phantomile Subtitle
Grandpa: Oh, hello, you two! Welcome back!
Grandpa: Klonoa, I've laid out some new clothes for you.
Grandpa: Do you want to change?
Grandpa: Welcome back! Did you want to change clothes?
Grandpa: Take care, you two.
Hewpoe: Well, it looks like your clothes are okay, Klonoa.
Hewpoe: I guess I'll help you in Grandpa's place.
