LEGO Football is a LEGO-themed football (the soccer kind) game by the infamous Data Design Interactive, seemingly unrelated to Soccer Mania. Given the developer, it's probably for the best that this game didn't come to fruition.

A very barebones tech demo build dated November 16, 1998, consisting of a basic character customizer (with some rather... unsettling placeholder face textures) and animation tester, was found in a Microsoft Outlook archive among DDI's assets.

Unused Sounds

All but one of these are differently-pitched versions of the same sound. Oddly, these are the sounds of Wallace's service device from the Wallace & Gromit short "The Wrong Trousers". Perhaps DDI had more plans for the pair around this time?
