Sound Test

Lagoon-sharp-musicmode.png

After booting up the game, wait until the prompt tells you to insert the User Disk into Drive 1. Insert Disk C four separate times (in and out) into Drive 0, then re-insert the System disk. If done properly, the Sound Test will appear.

The Sound Test gives you access to all the music (including unused tracks) and sound effects. While you play a music track, the mascots will dance on the screen.

Unused Room

Room #24 is identified as a residence. In the final game, that house is placed in room #23, leaving #24 unused.

Enemy Data

Unused Enemy

All enemy data is stored in lagoon.x within the root folder of System Disk.

In the game's end credits, an enemy named NEIRIA is listed with the Dwarf Desert/Cave enemies. It never appears in the game, though there are two sets of unused enemy data located where the other Dwarf Desert/Cave enemy data is stored. They can be found at 0x12B36-0x12B47 and 0x12B94-0x12BA5.
