Debug Menu Text

Hmmm...
To do:
See if the debug menu can be enabled in the DC version. It can! Now to document it.

While the debug menu is in this version, it's unknown how to activate it. Its text is present inside 1ST_READ.BIN at 0x129B4C.

Arguments

The Windows version had the ability to accept arguments by arguments inserted into its executable. The DC version doesn't appear to allow this, as its arguments is just "-mainmenu". The other options are programmed in though.
