Unused Intro Copyright notice
The final game's intro sequence has several full-screen developer/publisher logos (still images and a video) but no copyright notice screen which exists in the game's files in the "<game folder>\DATA\INTRO\" folder. All images in the folder (used and unused) are stored horizontally flipped and vertically rotated in 3 versions: a full 512x512 pixel image and 2 256x256 pixel images each containing one half of the image. All images pertaining to the unused copyright notice are shown below:
COPYRIGH.tga (512x512 pixel version)
COPYRIGH_256_1.tga (256x256 pixel version first half)
COPYRIGH_256_2.tga (256x256 pixel version second half)
Unused Audio
Stage 2 Old Lady Cut Quest
Stage 2 has unused quest audio in the "<game folder>\DATA\AUDIO\" folder for the old lady blocking the way near where you first ask Rantanplan to scare the cat and who admonishes the player for trying to enter the area out of respect for the town priest's words. This unused audio (in all languages shipping with the game) has the old lady acting drunk as if she was given some alcohol, indicating that this may have been the original solution to clear this part of the level. In the final level, this quest is completely cut and an alternate path is taken by the player around the old lady.
The Windows version of the game has no in-game language select and therefore only the file corresponding to the defined language set during installation is directly accessible from the installation directory. All the files can however be extracted from the installation media directly as they use InstallShield CAB files (stored in data2.cab on the disk but accessed by extracting data2.cab).
