Mabinogi is a game loosely based on Irish mythology that allows you to explore, fight monsters, and learn life skills (seriously). There are many secrets in the world of Erinn, waiting to be discovered.

Sub-Page

Mabinogi-subpage-icon.png Unused Areas
Nexon likes their maps in big sizeǃ
Mabinogi-subpage-graphics.png Unused Graphics
Cleaning never was their greatest strength...
Mabinogi-subpage-items.png Unused Items
Mission passes, exploration artifacts, equipment, you name it.

Unused Models

Various models that are not referenced or used in any capacity and need to be manually modded back into the game.

c3_robe_testman

This robe is found inside data\gfx\char\chapter3\human\male\mentle.
Models exist only for human-sized characters, it has two intended color slots, and the robe gives players shoes if none are currently worn.

c3_monk01

This robe is found inside data\gfx\char\chapter3\human\male\mentle..
Models exist for male characters and the item form, it has three color slots for the robe itself, the undergarment, and the belt.
Of note is the symbol of the Church of Lymilark, which implies that this outfit was directly linked to the church in some capacity.
Priest James of Emain Macha wears a similar robe, whose model name also refers to it as a monk item, which was made during Chapter 1.

Unused Sounds

Hmmm...
To do:
Upload missing music, add the unused quest jingles and early G18 music.

Nvidia Intro

data/sound/
File Name Sound Notes
nvidia_logo
Music for the Nvidia intro, which plays when the game detects an Nvidia Geforce 3 or 4 series graphics card, which is... highly unlikely nowadays, to say the least.
nvidia_logo_0
Ditto.

Interface Sounds

Regional Differences

Beauty Shop

For one reason or another, NA got a new track for the now defunct Beauty Shop, which can still be listened to via the MabiNovel system.

"Beauty Shop" (Other Regions) "Beauty Runway" (NA)

Nekojima

Also known as "Cat Island", Nekojima is an area exclusive to JP. It was available as "Doki Doki Island" in the KR and NA Server as part of an event, with different NPCs and features.
