Enter Game Genie code F06D-1DA4 or Pro Action Replay (PAR) code 80890314 to boot into a music and SE test screen when starting a game. Don't play a song above 22 or the game will crash.

Player Select

This unused menu can be reached with Game Genie code F96D-1DA4 or Pro Action Replay (PAR) code 80890315 and starting a game. Normally, the only way to change player forms is by collecting a crystal at the end of the stage. Also, the final fifth transformation isn't present on this screen.

Level Select

At the title screen, press Select 15 times. This will result in OPTION being highlighted, and entering the options menu will add a level selector to it. Select your level there and start the game to go to the selected level.
