Hammer Bro
xcmdl_linesman_hbros_line_sbn is a Hammer Bro, and judging by the filename it was meant to be a linesman in a court.
Spiny
xcmdl_classic_togezo_poly_sbn is a low-poly Spiny. Judging from the filename, it was meant to appear in the Mario Bros. stage.
Shellcreeper
xcmdl_classic_kame_sbn is a model of a Shellcreeper. The ones that appear in-game use their original 2D sprites from Mario Bros.
Fighter Fly
xcmdl_classic_kame_sbn is a model of a Fighter Fly. Same situation as above.
Unused Music
Early Menu
menu_old.sng in the GameCube version or menu.brstm in the Wii version is an early version of the main menu theme, completely different from the final.
Wii-Exclusive Content
Unused Graphics
Present in the root folder of the Wii version, banner.arc contains banners leftover from the Wii SDK, as well as part of the Japanese logo for We Love Golf!, which Camelot previously developed.

Not only was "Revsion" misspelled for the version number, but it was also done a second time for the filename.
Oddities
In the introduction sequence when Wario and Waluigi look at the big scoreboard, you can see Toad and Toadette on the first part to the left on the scoreboard. Toad and Toadette are unplayable in the game, so it's possible that they were intended to be playable at one point.
