Moontra Kid: The Ghost City is notably the first game in the series to not involve a theme of fighting drugs. Instead, Dino sets out on an adventure to kill ghosts and save some guy's pregnant wife.

Deep Hunter Strings

Found at offset 0x77584 of the game's executable are leftover text strings from Deep Hunter, a previous game by CyberPlanet Interactive.

   Deep hunter is a shooting game in the deep ocean. There are three major sea creatures: octopus, green jellyfish and red jellyfish. Octopus earns 5 points and 10 Oxygen points. Green jellyfish earns 10 points. Red jellyfish earns 20 points. There is chance to earn Bonus point too. Press the UP and DOWN arrow key to control the diver's movement. When ready to shoot, press the centre button. Earn as many points as you can within the time limit.

Undocumented Cheats

Two cheats can be entered on the CyberPlanet logo screen. A sound will confirm correct entry.

  • Up, Pause, Up, Pause, Jump, Down - HP and MP are always maxed out. The player can still die by falling into a hole, though.
  • Down, Up, Down, Jump, Pause, Jump - The Healing Diamond and Sword of Warlord become available from the start.
