Unfinished Sound Test

Using the Game Genie codes 041-F2B-E66 + 042-00B-E66 will allow you to enable an extra 4th option in the Options menu, which appears to be glitched and seems to be an unfinished Sound Test mode. Press Left / Right allows you to select the sound effects, but there is no visible music selection in this code. Press B to play it. Effects can't be stopped, which may cause the problems and more glitches. There is no text for the menu option, but the ROM contains a table with set of text resources for displaying numbers from 00 to 39, which are the numbers for the sound effects that can be selected with the code.

Early Ending Theme

An early version of the ending song was composed for both Game Boy and Super Game Boy soundtracks.

To hear the song when played on a Game Boy, the Gameshark code 010?4BD8 will play the early ending song anywhere, and the Game Genie codes 0?C-DEF-E68 + 0?D-3FF-E68 will play the early ending (or any) song if music is set to OFF or the game is paused when played using a Super Game Boy.
