This option was added after Volume 2 update and is meant to load save games, but it doesn't do anything, at least on PC. Can be brought back if UI/menu/FrontEnd/Tweakables/EnableMultipleSaveSlots is set to 1.

Roadblock and spikestrip avoiding
Roadblock's been avoided. They avoided the roadblock! They saw the roadblock and went around! They went around the spikestrip.
The game has strings for roadblock and spikestrip avoiding voicelines, but cops don't react to this because voicelines sounds container is empty.
Stealing A$AP Rocky's car
No problem I'll tell A$AP Rocky you don't want to get behind the wheel of his Mercedes. Don't get worried about it kid. We were getting worried. Rocky thought you drove off with his whip
According to unused subtitles, there was a possibility chance to steal A$AP Rocky's car, meaning that he was going to be the game's antagonist of some sort.
A$AP Rocky's Racer SOS strings
Complete A$AP Rocky's Racer SOS Completed A$AP Rocky's Racer SOS
The event exists in-game where Rocky is in need of help or trouble, though it doesn't act like other events in same mode, but those strings are not seen.
