003E Wizspacenim - The cutscene that plays after you defeat Wizpig the second time.

These codes are for the Tracks mode. This reveals that all of the boss characters are programmed as vehicles including the snowballs that appear in Snowball Valley and the pterodactyls found in Dino Domain.

Vehicle ID 04 will crash the game on most of the tracks but works on some like Darkwater Beach. It appears as a car but you can't control it, you'll just go forward automatically and turn seemingly randomly. This behavior was verified on a real N64 so it's not an emulation glitch.
