This page contains notes for the game Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX.

Tutorial

  • The game files need to be extracted from the game rom, using Yuzu or DreamNexus.
  • Since the game uses the Unity Engine, you will need to use AssetStudio to view the game files. (They can be found in the ab folder)
  • Pokémon model names are in Japanese so you may need a translator to know which Pokémon it is.
    • The low-poly models are labeled _00, while the high-poly models are labeled _10.
  • The 2leg and 4leg.ab directories are animations that are used in Super Mystery Dungeon, and some is used for dungeon portions.
  • b00-b16 directories is where the houses are stored in.
  • The bgm directories is where the music is stored.
  • The se directories is where the sounds are stored.
  • The cut directories is where the cutscenes are stored.
  • The d01-d27 directories is were the boss battle dungeons are stored in.
    • These directories have development screenshots.
