PCB Revisions

The game has two different PCBs, the first being found in the EU/JP versions and the second being found in the US version. While they both have the same data, the EU/JP version has the A18 address line tied to the A20 pin of the ROM chip. This means that the console sees the first 256KB of the ROM followed by a C0000 range of mirrored/zeroed data, followed by the last 256KB of the ROM. This can be seen when a ROM image is made of the cart. The US version has all the address lines from A1 to A19 (the whole 512Kb range) tied to the chip in the right order.

Sega Ages I Love Mickey Mouse: Fushigi no Oshiro Daibouken/I Love Donald Duck: Guruzia Ou no Hihou, a Saturn compilation released in Japan at the end of 1998, also uses this segmentation.
