At the Starfish logo screen, press Select, Up, Down, A, Left, Start. A message will pop up to confirm correct entry. To access the menu itself, hold Select during any screen transition.

The menu includes the same sound test as seen above, a quiz test, an item toggle, a password generator, an ending viewer, and a toggle to always win.
