E110_001
An unused cutscene of the main character being introduced to his class, left entirely in Japanese. Though there's a translation below;
Toriumi: "Hello, I will be the homeroom teacher for class 2-F. I am your English teacher, and my name is Toriumi. Pleased to meet you all." Toriumi: "We're about to have our welcoming ceremony in a moment, but first I'll introduce a new transfer to you." Yukari: "Wait... We're in the same class?" Toriumi: "Oh, Takeba. You already know him?" Yukari: "K-Kind of..." Male Classmate: "What's this about...?" Male Classmate: "What's with them?" Female Classmate: "I wonder..." Female Classmate: "I heard someone saw them come to school together. I mean, not that I care personally, but..." >You can feel everybody whispering about you... Toriumi: "Now, please introduce yourself to the class." >Hi, it's me. Nice to meet you. >Please don't bully me, okay... >Dare lay a finger upon me, and I shall smite you! - >Nobody's really reacting... Toriumi: It's nice to meet you as well. Toriumi: Alright, everyone, go to the meeting hall now. Anyone who's late will receive a good scolding. - >You heard some people giggling... Toriumi: Ahaha, is that a way to introduce yourself? An unused cutscene meant for after the protagonist recovers from his Persona awakening, where the protagonist talks with his homeroom teacher.
E131_001
An unused cutscene with Yukari at the dorm after the protagonist recovers from his Persona awakening. According to the sound files, this scene should come before the previous one, but it comes afterwards in the files. There are similar oddities in the ordering of sound archives in the early portions of the game.

An unused scene with Yukari, before Akihiko returns to the team.
E330_002
This cutscene is supposed to be the anime cutscene for when Nyx Avatar appears. Usually for anime cutscenes, placeholder event files are added. When played in an event viewer however, the event just ends immediately. Among this one though, this cutscene in particular has early dialogue for the next cutscene, which is the first encounter with Nyx Avatar, E330_003. Since there's no actual scenes for this early cutscene and just dialogue, only the text will be shown here
E331_005
This cutscene is present in the final game, but the line "How marvelous! I cannot believe the moment has finally arrived!" is unused. It was later re-added in Persona 3 Portable.

Unused scene originally part of the bunker Full Moon Operation.

Early Hermit Social Link
An early version of the Hermit social link. The early version of Rank 4 is the same as the final version of the first rank. Ranks 6/7 and 8/9 are identical to one another. Later ranks lack proper animations.

This cutscene is impossible to load in-game, as it uses some file formats not supported by the game. This is because this cutscene is leftover from Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, though it's unknown which cutscene exactly.
