Persona 4: Dancing All Night is the spin-off nobody asked for but everyone bought.

Almost three years later, the game got a digital release for the PlayStation 4, to coincide with the other two Persona dancing games released at that time. It's the same game, with improved graphics.

Hmmm...
To do:
A huge amount of unused dialogue, including some voice acting meant to be used when the P-Studio logo appears (and for axed Index and Dingo logos).

Costumes and Accessories

A cartoonish full-body costume of a very special guest star!

Uniform of those who dwell between
mind and matter. And an eyepatch?

Two unused costume descriptions. There are two copies of the second description, and it seems to match the costume icon in the section below.

A reproduction of a stern but loving face. Quiets crying children!

This is an alternate description for the Hardboiled Mask, the one that resembles Ryotaro Dojima. There are duplicates of this unused description, suggesting the mask was at one point available for all characters (similar to the Tanaka Mask). The final game only allows Yu Narukami to wear the Hardboiled Mask. Its final description is "The face of a guardian of justice. Pair with the Hardboiled Look!".

Additional Characters

In the Vita version, when the game is launched, the game loads every single character (except the flat TV model used for animated PVs). But what makes this noteworthy, is during this point, the game loads 7 additional characters, using character slots 015-021. The last used slot is 014, which is Hatsune Miku (032 as well, which is Human Teddie). If played on a Vita emulator, when viewing the log, it shows that the game attempts to load head models for those character slots (e.g. pc016_f2.GMD), which don't exist. This is also the case for table equip files, which is used for each character to equip accessories (e.g. pc020_equip.pbin). Slot 021 however, doesn't attempt to load a head model, but it does attempt to load the table equip file. Additionally, slot 015 tries to load a Persona model. These could of been placeholder slots if more DLC was ever added. It's unknown if this is still the case in the PS4 version.
