So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations is the third game in the Ace Attorney series. The game is 2.3 times bigger than the original Ace Attorney game and is considered one of the best games in the series.

Hmmm...
To do:
Add differences.

Regional Differences

The Japanese version has an English language setting with a slightly different translation from the American and European translations. There are some sentences that had translation fixes, but some actually gained errors.

  • The US version accidentally inserted an extra "in", as in "when you were in a child".

Unused music

Hmmm...
To do:
Is BGM058 actually used?

A number of music tracks from the first and second game linger in the ROM right before the sound effect data. Some of them are used during brief moments in certain episodes, and some others are more prominently featured, but a couple of them go unused. The list of unused leftovers goes like this:

  • BGM002 and - "Pursuit - Corner the Culprit". Each game has a new pursuit, and while the normal version was reused in the second game in a flashback, it wasn't in this game. There is instead a rearrangement of the track, "Pursuit - Corner the Culprit 2004", used near the end of the game.
  • BGM003 - "Pursuit - Corner the Culprit (Variation)". Like the above, a rearrangement is used instead.
  • BGM058 - "Detention Center - The Security Camera's Elegy", the Detention Center theme from the second game. A new track, "Detention Center - The Prisoner's Elegy", is used in this game.
  • BGM082 - "Triumphant Return - Franziska von Karma". This track from the second game actually is used, as BGM087. This copy of the track on the other hand, is not.
