The Photo Channel 1.0 Restore Program is what it sounds like - a channel to restore version v1.0 of the Photo Channel after updating to v1.1.

There are several files (without file extensions) present in the CVS folder, which can be found in the root of the 00000002.app archive. They are very similar to the files in Photo Channel's CVS folder.
