Version Differences

Five different versions of the game are known to exist:

  • witch is the original Japanese release.
  • witchb is a revision of the Japanese release.
  • witchs is an alternate version of witch, licensed to Vic Tokai and Sega.
  • witchstar and pbchmp95 are, respectively, later Korean and Dutch releases under different names and licensees, both of which are based on witch.
  • The Japanese releases have an extra animation which is used to form the game's title, which the Korean and Dutch releases do not have.
