Yes, there was planned to be a boss where you would've fought against at teeny tiny bee. Assets for the Pepperman boss fight were reused and the boss itself lacks much of anything. The goal of the boss is to hit a button that would release a green toxic gas that could harm the bee. That toxic gas would hit a fan, and if it hits the bee at any point, the bee will start shaking, though you can't harm it, even when code for killing the boss is there. Getting too close too the bee will make the player run away as the bee chases you. The only thing that can harm you in this boss is the toxic gas.
According to a playtester, it was cut because it felt more like a stage gimmick than a boss.

Originally intended to be the Floor 4 boss. It seems like it was going to take place in a rundown establishment, much like the Fake Peppino arena.
Originally, Mr. Stick was going to fight you instead of locking boss doors behind paywalls. None of his animations are finished as they're just stills, but it is playable to a degree. He has several moves and attacks such as flying, dodging the player in various ways, holding a shield, dropping dust particles and electrical plugs. After hitting him a few times, he'll lay down in his chair and spawn in bosses from the previous three worlds, just like in the final boss against Pizzahead. Attacking him during that state will make him reactivate his attacks.
This boss relies on an older version of the boss controller, which will crash the game due to many unset variables.
The graphics for the arena, no background was made for it.

A simple boss room that contains an earlier version of Pizzaface's phase 3 boss fight. Entering the room crashes the game as the object has some of its scripts removed.

A boss room that was made with the Noise boss fight in mind all the way back in early 2019. This room would later down the line be used as a placeholder for the other bosses. Attempting to enter the room (or the ring depending how you look at it) crashes the game.

This boss, known as Dragon Lair, was fully finished and meant to be the World 1 boss. Much like the scrapped Exit level, this is a loop-around that has the player destroy Pillar John right at the beginning and activate the five scrapped Toppin Warriors that would act as a projectile against Pizzaface. This level has you run around through sections that appear visually similar to the levels from World 1. At the end of three of the rooms is a scrapped enemy that blocks the way, known as the Cheese Dragon. Hitting him with an enemy or other projectiles harms him and lets you pass through. The final room allows you to grab the giant key (that does nothing) and finish the level to unlock World 2.
While the level is tiled, the rooms that use the Ancient Cheese and Bloodsauce Dungeon tiles appear broken, as they're still modeled after the old versions of both levels' tilesets, from 2019. The player also won't be able to get over the large lava pits due to changes in the Weenie Mount mechanic, nor make it up the vertical section without using the noclip debug feature due to bomb blocks no longer being breakable, and changes in getting rid of the Knight transformation.
