English Preview Trailer
Present on Ridge Racer Type 4's bonus disc (known as "Bonus Turbo Mode" in North America and "Hi-Spec demo" in Europe) that was released on April 16, 1999 in Europe and May 1, 1999 in North America, about a month before Ace Combat 3 was released in Japan and well before the international versions.
The trailer shows footage of the Japanese version with English text, providing reason to believe that the game would be translated and released in its entirety outside of Japan.
